Visuals I: Single Barrel Mixed Culture Ale with Petit Manseng Grapes
Brewed in April of 2016 with Riverbend Pilsner Malt, Riverbend Appalachian Wheat, Carolina Ground Raw Wheat, and whole leaf Hallertau hops. Fermented in steal with saison yeast for 1 week. Re-fermented with a mixed culture within an oak foudre for 4 months. Subsequently racking into a singular neutral oak wine barrel atop 54 pounds of Petit Manseng grapes and aged for 10 months. Bottled in June of 2017. Re-fermented in the bottle until release in February of 2019.
